GIRLS BEDROOM
I recently completed a design board for my youngest client. She is just 5 years old. Her biggest request was for the room to be pink and purple and to incorporate princesses and butterflies. When designing a room for a 5 year old, you want to create a room that the child can grow into. Keeping the furniture, fabrics, and artwork sophisticated but fun can extend the life of the design. Also, consider function when designing the layout for the space and selecting furniture. This helps with planning for a study/reading area and organization for toys and books.
